Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations Policy

At VN Auto Salvage, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return your used or remanufactured engine, transmission, or core, please review the following policy.

Product Returns

• Engines or transmissions may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
• If the product arrives damaged or defective, no restocking or shipping fees apply.
• For all returns, please contact our support team at 1-210-607-8886 or email support@vnautosalvage.com.before sending any item back.
• A 25% restocking fee will apply to all non-defective returns.
• Customers are responsible for round-trip shipping costs unless the product was delivered damaged or defective.

Core Returns (Remanufactured Products Only)

Core deposits are refundable when returned under the following conditions:

• The core must be the same part number or exact match.
• It must be complete (no missing major components).
• It must be free of cracks or holes in the block, head, or transmission housing.
• It must be returned within 30 days of delivery (if a core deposit was paid).

Once your return is approved, VN Auto Salvage will provide a prepaid return label.
Cores that are incomplete or returned outside the return window may qualify for partial or no refund.

Refund Policy

Refunds for Returned Products

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Refunds will be processed according to the terms agreed upon at purchase.
• Applicable restocking fees and shipping charges will be deducted from the refund total.

Refunds for Core Charges (Remanufactured Products Only)

• Core refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned core is received, inspected, and approved.
• If the core does not meet eligibility requirements, a partial refund may be issued, or the core may be returned to you upon request.

Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. However, once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled without a cancellation fee.

• To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at 1-210-607-8886 or email support@vnautosalvage.com.
• If the order has already shipped, you must follow our standard return process upon receipt.
• Custom or special-order products may not be eligible for cancellation once processing has begun.
• A 10% cancellation fee applies to all orders canceled prior to shipping.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising under or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [USA], [Delaware], USA.
